Celebrate National Nutrition Month – March 2018
Calling all Orion kids! Come check out the weekly wellness display on the table outside the office. Starting March 5, we will feature a fun theme each week that helps you learn about a healthy body and mind. Take the quiz each week and be in to win a fun prize. The first week is all about fruits and veggies — how many have you tried? Are you eating 5 a day? Come explore and learn more!
RCSD Gifted and Talented Education Information
RCSD offers a Gifted and Talented Education (GATE) pull out program for 4th, 5th & 6th graders located at Clifford and Hoover Schools. If you would like your child in current grades 3/4/5 tested for GATE this Spring, you can read more information about the GATE program on the Parent Information website.
Parents must complete a permission form for their student to be tested. At the end of the survey, please check that you have seen the “Thank you for your survey” results page. If you do not see this page, then please go back and complete the survey again until you see this page. Celebre el mes nacional de Nutricion- Marzo 2018
Llamando a todos los niños de Orion! Vengan a ver la mesa de nutrición afuera de la oficina que se demuestra cada semana. Empezando el 5 de Marzo, se presentara un tema divertido cada semana que ayuda aprender sobre un cuerpo y una mente saludable. Tome el “quiz” cada semana para entrar a la rifa. La primera semana se trata de frutas y verduras—cuantas as probado? Comes 5 al dia? Ven a explorar y aprende mas!
